Once a digital product (account, key, license, or in-game item) has been delivered or activated, no refunds are possible.

2️⃣ Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund only if:

  • The product was not delivered after confirmed payment.
  • The product received is invalid or non-functional and cannot be replaced.

Refunds are reviewed manually by our team within 24–48 hours after submission.

3️⃣ How to Request a Refund
